Fast forward two months. He is now a chubby adorable baby. He learned how to hold his head upright, partake in staring contests, and smile at human faces. Unfortunately since he is not in my immediate family, I don't get to see him much. So the little amount of time I get to spend with my little "M," I really do enjoy it. He immediately warms my heart and brings a smile to my face. Now the joy of having someone close to you have a baby is buying baby clothes. Being that he is not my child, it was actually fun doing so. His 100th day on Earth is coming up soon, and I was delighted to be able to make him a small little basket filled with goodies of his own. I am sure his wardrobe is already bigger than mine, considering that he is the first born in the family, but he can always have more. I planned ahead and shopped my way through Michaels: the arts and crafts store. I actually have not stepped into this store since 4 years ago, but I can't express how much fun and how long I spent there just looking at "stuff."
So here it is. After four years of no arts and crafts in my life, I made my first baby gift basket. Given that the wrapping was a bit small, I guess it will do for now. Happy 100th day little M. I Love You.
I hope you like it baby M.
